1 General Terms & Conditions

5 Betting Policy

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — unless the cash-out feature is active.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally refunded. However, if a predetermined condition has already been met, the result will stand.
• If a bet is unsettled due to a technical issue or server error, bdk1 will investigate and make the appropriate determination.
• Bdk1 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious error in the odds is identified, even if the bet has already won.

6 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on bdk1. If detected, the account will be permanently closed and all balances and winnings forfeited.

• Placing bets using match fixing or inside information.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial transactions.
• Hacking, DDoS attacks, or any other form of cyber attack against the bdk1 platform.
• Misconduct toward customer support staff or filing false complaints.

7 Responsible Gaming

At bdk1, we believe betting is entertainment, not addiction. That's why responsible gaming is our top priority. Our platform offers a range of tools to help you stay within your limits.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Bdk1 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 365 days).
• By court order or direction of a legal authority.
• At the member's own request.

If an account is closed with a remaining balance and no rule violations, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw that balance. In cases of fraud, however, all balances will be forfeited.
